Dear Shelbyville Central Schools Stakeholder,

You are invited to participate in a survey designed to better understand your perceptions of school climate/safety/bullying and your attitudes about other topics related to your schools and school corporation. This study is being conducted by Dr. Brad Balch on behalf of your district. This survey has essential questions asked of all stakeholders with additional questions for students and parents. The average completion time is approximately 8-10 minutes.

Participant identification is confidential and only I will have access to login information. Only aggregated data results and non-identifiable open-ended responses will be shared with Shelbyville Central Schools.
